Sales Revenue Recognition Features
Know your reportable income utilizing a variety of revenue recognition methods based on your product type offerings: Subscription Accrual, Deferred Revenue, Inventory Sell Date. New view screens and reports on: External (Advertiser Billing) and Internal - (Publisher Reportable Income) revenue.
Electronic Invoicing Improved
Go paperless! With our new Account level, Invoice Billing Method option, your Advertisers can receive their billings and a copy of the digital image (tear sheet) via email. As part of the billing process, a new email log also records the Account, Invoice date, Invoice #, Order #, Contact, Sales Rep for audit purposes.
Web Inventory
View, add, reassign and track product inventory by status - Available, 'In Pending, placement' and also by: Property, Product Type, Publish Date Range, Sales Rep...
Sales Account Approval Process (Added Feature)
Take control of your sales rep assignments with the new Sales Managers approval feature. Sales Managers can view, approve, decline or reassign Account leads. Once a Sales Manager approves assignment, the sales rep receives an email confirmation - this opens up functionality of Contracts and Order Entry for sales reps.
New Account and Brand Relationships Feature
View your revenue by Contract, Account, Parent Account and Subsidiary (Branch).
New Event Order Entry Screens
New Order Entry screens for Events Management includes features to assist you with calculating square footage revenue for booth space.
Updated Reports
Updated Reports for Sales Rep Region, Sales Rep Territory, Contract Recap and Booked Revenue by Sales Analysis Period.
